Judge Bontrager is a constitutionalist and gifted oil and gas lawyer. The North Dakota Industrial Commission has emasculated the Oil and Gas Division. It is understaffed. It's promoting rather than regulating the oil industry. Employees of the Oil and Gas Division has forced out or wrongfully discharged employees who are concerned about protecting private property and public waters. We predict that more and more whistle blowers will come forward even though they surely will be targeted for retaliation.
